Rate is $1,995 per week all inclusive (includes cleaning fee and taxes).
10% discount for rentals of 2 weeks or more.
20% discount for rentals booked within 3 weeks of arrival date.
All rates are in U.S. Dollars and are inclusive of Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax and Excise (Sales) Tax (approximately 14% total).
Reservations at our Punaluu home require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. We must receive the balance (payment in full) 40 days prior to your arrival or your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund of your initial deposit.
REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation we cannot guarantee a refund. If we can re-rent some or all of your reserved time period we will refund you 90% of what we receive. Last minute cancellation have very little chance of a refund.
If you are at all uncertain about your travel plans we highly recommend obtaining trip insurance. Trip insurance can protect you from loss due to cancellations for many reasons and can protect your investment in Airline tickets, lodging (BeachRentalsOahu) and more. We accept all major credit cards or Cashier's checks drawn on U.S. banks. For reservations more than 60 days in advance, personal checks on U.S. banks are also accepted.
